01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "okcards" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming website accessible at okcards.vip, including all associated services, games, software, and content.
• "Operator" refers to the entity operating the okcards platform.
• "User", "Player", or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the okcards platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered profile created by a User to access real-money gaming services on okcards.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds held in a User's Account that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spin winnings, or any non-deposited funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" refers to any bet placed on any game or sporting event available through the okcards platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the governmental body responsible for the regulation of gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity verification process required for all okcards account holders.
• "PHP" or "₱" refers to Philippine Peso, the exclusive currency used on the okcards platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the okcards platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the okcards Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and okcards. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if applicable, close your account.

03 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on okcards, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable PAGCOR regulations. okcards strictly enforces this requirement.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party without proper authorization.
3. You are registering under your own true and accurate identity. The name, date of birth, address, and contact details you provide must match your government-issued Philippine identification documents.
4. You are not located in, a citizen of, or a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or otherwise, from okcards or any other regulated gaming platform.
6. You have not been declared legally incompetent or have a court order limiting your contractual capacity.

okcards reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Acceptable identification documents for KYC include but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, Voter's ID, and PRC ID.

Each individual User is permitted to hold only one active Account. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okcards account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password not used on any other platform or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available and when prompted by the platform's security systems.
• Notify okcards immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Never share your account credentials with any other individual, including family members.

okcards will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, provided that okcards has taken reasonable security measures on the platform side. In the event of suspected unauthorized account access, okcards may temporarily suspend an account pending identity re-verification.

You acknowledge that okcards support staff will never request your password. Any communication purporting to be from okcards that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on okcards are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account's verification status.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.
• okcards does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered under your own name and verified identity.
• Deposits made by credit or debit card are processed as cash advances by the issuing bank and may incur additional fees charged by your bank. okcards does not control or reimburse such fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. okcards does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before a first withdrawal is processed, full KYC verification must be completed. Requests submitted prior to full verification will be held pending completion of the verification process.
• Withdrawals of funds that were deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review. okcards reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to such withdrawals.
• Processing times for GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically under five minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 1 and 24 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedules.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is ₱500,000 unless a higher limit has been specifically approved for your account by okcards account management.
• okcards reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 or where unusual account activity has been flagged.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

okcards offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited in a separate Bonus Balance and are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements after the expiry of the applicable period will be forfeited without compensation.
• okcards reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Typically, table games and live dealer games contribute at a lower percentage than slots. Specific contribution rates are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
• A maximum bet limit applies when wagering with a Bonus Balance. Placing bets that exceed the applicable maximum bet limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• okcards reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's participation in a promotion where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, use of low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and exploiting promotional terms in bad faith.
• Players enrolled in the okcards VIP Loyalty Program are subject to separate VIP program terms in addition to these general bonus terms.

07 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the okcards platform:

• All games available on okcards are provided by licensed third-party game developers. okcards operates as the platform through which these games are accessed but is not the game developer or the entity certifying the RNG of individual game titles.
• All RNG-based games use independently certified random number generators. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game developer and are disclosed in the game's information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, okcards will determine the outcome of any interrupted round in accordance with its technical incident policy. Where a round cannot be completed, the wager amount will typically be returned to the player's balance. okcards' decision on technical incident resolutions is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface. Bets placed outside the applicable limits may be voided.
• Wins generated from bets that were placed in breach of these Terms — including bets placed using unauthorized account access, bets placed with funds sourced from fraudulent deposits, or bets placed during a period of self-exclusion — are void and will not be paid.

For sports betting, okcards follows standard industry rules regarding event cancellations, walkovers, rule violations, and other exceptional circumstances. Where an event is cancelled before the outcome is determined, stakes will be returned. Where an event is partially completed, okcards will apply its sports betting supplementary rules to determine settlement.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okcards platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age, regardless of jurisdiction.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner not authorised by okcards.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live dealer or multiplayer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to extract value. Any winnings gained through exploitation of a known or unknown bug will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illegal sources.
• Using the platform in connection with money laundering, terrorism financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other systematic strategy that exploits promotional offers in a manner contrary to the spirit of those offers.
• Attempting to access or tamper with another user's account or with okcards' internal systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okcards staff, support agents, or other users.

09 Responsible Gaming

okcards is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of harm associated with problem gambling. In accordance with this commitment, okcards provides the following tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately and may not be increased during a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set net loss thresholds that will trigger an automatic session pause when reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure alerts that interrupt gameplay at specified time intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may exclude themselves from the okcards platform for a minimum period of one week up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once applied. Players who have self-excluded will not receive promotional communications during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net wagering activity.

okcards reserves the right to implement responsible gaming measures on any account proactively where patterns of behaviour suggest problem gambling, including imposing deposit limits or initiating a cooling-off period, regardless of whether the account holder has requested such measures.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the okcards platform — including but not limited to the okcards brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of okcards or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okcards platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any okcards content without express written authorisation.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any okcards software or game content.
• Use the okcards name, logo, or branding in any context that implies affiliation, endorsement, or partnership without written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the okcards platform by automated means.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okcards' aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or service offered through the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okcards shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the okcards platform, even if okcards has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any service interruptions, technical faults, or delays caused by factors outside okcards' reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications network failures, power outages, acts of God, or government action.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any decisions you make based on information provided on the okcards platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit okcards' liability for death or personal injury caused by okcards' negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Privacy & Data

okcards collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the okcards Privacy Policy.

In summary, okcards collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account registration, verification, and ongoing management.
• Processing of financial transactions and prevention of financial crime.
• Compliance with KYC, AML, and regulatory obligations under PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine law.
• Delivery of customer support and resolution of disputes.
• Platform improvement, fraud detection, and security monitoring.
• Sending promotional communications, subject to your opt-in preferences.

13 Amendments to These Terms

okcards reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly changes the rights or obligations of Users — okcards will provide reasonable notice of the change through one or more of the following channels: a notice displayed on the okcards website, an email notification to your registered address, or an in-platform notification on your next login.

Your continued use of the okcards platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

okcards operates within the PAGCOR regulatory context applicable to online gaming platforms serving Filipino players. Users acknowledge the regulatory framework under which okcards operates and agree that any dispute resolution shall proceed in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the dispute resolution processes outlined by PAGCOR.
